Rice With Black Beans(20 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 1/2 c. Minute brown rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until tender but not browned.
    Stir in beans, tomatoes, water and oregano.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled.
