Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil well.
Add eggs one at a time; add vanilla, then chopped apples.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Last add chopped nuts.
Bake in angel food pan 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
