Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large bottle Ragu
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    2 large cartons cottage cheese
    1 box lasagna
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
    Add ground beef.
    Cook until beef is done.
    Drain well.
    Put back on heat; add Ragu, mushrooms and sauce mix.
    Simmer at least 1 hour or longer.
    Layer cottage cheese and lasagna (cooked until soft) in casserole dish until 1/2 inch from top.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
