Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. water
    cream of tartar for meringue
    1 brown pie shell or graham crust
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; blend in margarine (melted).
    Add egg yolks, milk and water and cook until nice and thick.
    Pour into pie shell.
