Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 very thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. cream (light cream or half and half)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 unbaked pastry shell (your own or purchase one)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Prick and bake pastry 5 minutes.
    Use quiche pan or standard pie plate.
    Cook bacon crisp.
    Remove from skillet.
    Pour off all but 1 teaspoon of fat.
    Cook onion in fat. Crumble bacon over crust with onion and cheese.
