Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style string beans
1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
1 stick margarine, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain beans and corn.
Mix all ingredients together, except crackers and margarine.
Pour into greased casserole.
Crush crackers and toss with melted margarine.
Top casserole with crackers and margarine mix.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
