Mr. Z'S Hot Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Shell
and,
if necessary, devein shrimp.
Slice garlic and ginger
into
thin\tslices;
add to butter in frying pan. Cook
on medium
heat.
Add
peppers and, lastly, the shrimp. Cook only until shrimp turns red; do not overcook.
