Nana B'S Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 jar currant jelly
    2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Beat egg in a saucepan.
    Add vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly (don't curdle).
    Add currant jelly and catsup.
    Heat.
    Serve on ham. (This is a tangy, delicious sauce.)
