Coconut Cream Pie #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
1 can coconut
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients first.
Add liquid ingredients.
Cook on top of stove until mixture becomes firm.
Pour into pie shells already browned.
Save egg whites for icing to go on top of pies. This recipe makes 2 pies.
