Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs, then sift dry ingredients and add other liquids.
    Bake in cold oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 layers.
