Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Scald milk and cool.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, spices and milk.
    Mix.
    Add cooked rice.
    If to be served with fruit, cook it plain, otherwise may add raisins, dates or a small can of drained fruit.
