Low Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Spray a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. Stir first 5 ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
