Chilled Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. peeled, seeded, chopped cucumbers
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of white pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
juice from 1/2 lemon
finely sliced cucumber
Preparation

Blend on high speed in blender, chopped cucumber and chicken broth 2 minutes.
Add sour cream.
Continue to blend 2 more minutes at high speed.
Chill before serving.
