Carrot-Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. cream (half and half)

    Very good to serve with baked ham.
