Fresh Fruit Salad With Creamy Orange Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    10 small apricots, hulled and halved
    1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
    1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. seedless green grapes, halved
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    2 Tbsp. fresh mint, minced
Preparation
    Sprinkle apple chunks with the lemon juice to keep them from discoloring.
    Place all the fruit in a large bowl.
    Spinach bowl works well.
