Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs- beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
