Lo-Fat Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. apples, chopped
    fat free salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil boneless, skinless chicken breast in water.
    Cook until tender.
    Chop into bite size pieces and mix together with the other ingredients.
    Add salad dressing as you desire.
    Serves 12.
