Vegetable Pie(Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or cauliflower or both
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper (if you like)
Preparation
    Grease pie plate.
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Mix them together with cheese and pour in plate.
    Mix rest of the ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
    Serve hot or cold.
