1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1 c. milk
2 eggs
orange honey syrup
Preparation

Stir together biscuit mix, oats, sugars and peel.
Beat together eggs, milk, juice and vanilla with rotary beater; add to flour mixture.
Stir until blended; let stand 5 minutes.
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
Cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
