Gems(Christmas Springerla) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 or 2 tsp. anise
Preparation
    Stir eggs and sugar; add sifted flour till stiff.
    Roll out about 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut with roller cutter.
    Let stand overnight.
    Sprinkle anise on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until light yellow.
