Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In skillet, saute beef and onions until meat is fully cooked.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and other seasonings.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Spread mashed potatoes on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered, or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
