Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnips, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook turnips and onion in saucepan in a little water until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add next four ingredients to turnips and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
