Broccoli With Rigatoni Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. fresh basil, coarsely chopped
    pepper
    grated cheese (Romano and Loccatelli)
Preparation
    Gently brown garlic in oil and butter.
    Be careful not to burn garlic or it will taste bitter.
    Add broccoli and stir as you heat pan.
    Add chicken broth; cover and simmer until broccoli is just al dente (still a little firm).
    Cook rigatoni pasta until al dente; drain.
    Add half the fresh basil and mix together with the broccoli.
    Top with parsley, pepper, cheese and basil.
