Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. coarse fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) sharp American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat egg in a butter casserole dish.
    Heat corn and milk, then gradually stir into beaten egg.
    Add salt, bread crumbs and cheese.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place directly on the rack of a moderately low (325\u00b0) oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until custard test done.
