Cajun String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. neck bones
    8 medium potatoes, peeled
    3 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    water (to cover)
    1/2 medium garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. green beans
Preparation
    Place neck bones in bottom of soup pot.
    Add potatoes, salt, onions, parsley, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
    Place string beans on top.
    Add water to cover ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly until done.
