Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. bread flour (for wheat bread, use 3 c. bread flour and 4 c. whole wheat flour)
Preparation
    Evening:
    Place starter in a large bowl and add these ingredients.
    Make into stiff batter.
    Rub with oil.
    Cover with plastic wrap and leave on counter overnight to rise until doubled.
