Cheesy Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
3 c. shredded or cubed Velveeta
parsley
Preparation

Cook veggies in butter or margarine until tender.
Add chicken broth, soup and pepper.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Blend milk and flour; stir into chowder.
Add cheese and parsley.
Heat through until cheese melts and chowder thickens.
