Meat Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. dried beef or ham, chopped fine
    1 or 2 Tbsp. horseradish
    several dashes hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion or minced onion
    flaked parsley (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Cream softened cheese and mayonnaise.
    Add onion, horseradish and hot sauce.
    Take 3/4 cup of pecans and all of meat.
    Add to mixture.
    Sprinkle remainder of nuts and parsley over ball.
    Let set in refrigerator for several hours.
