Mom'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 c. celery (optional)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can red kidney beans
    2 or 3 c. tomato juice (can use tomatoes)
    2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a frying pan, saute in butter or oleo the onions, pepper and celery.
    Add meat; cook until done and drain off fat.
    Add beans, tomato juice, macaroni, salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot as is or over corn bread.
