Chicken And Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    1 large red bell pepper
    2 medium onions
    2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    1 chicken bouillon
    4 boneless breasts of chicken
Preparation
    Cut up tomatoes into large chunks.
    Cut up pepper into strips. Cut up onions into rings.
    Dissolve chicken bouillon with 1 cup water.
    Combine ingredients and simmer until tomatoes dissolve. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Cut up chicken in strips and add.
    Simmer another 1/2 hour.
    Cook rice and add (or) serve it over the rice.
