Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. squash, cooked and drained
    1/3 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine onion, milk, cheese, soup, crackers, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Alternate layers of the cooked squash and sauce mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
