Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large yams
1 c. frozen orange juice
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
1 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Steam yams until almost done; cool and peel.
Cut lengthwise and place in flat pan.
Put remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over yams. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
