Orange Creme Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk, beating until blended.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool 5 minutes.
Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating until blended.
Stir in rind and juice.
Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
