Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar slowly and continue beating until mixture is very stiff. Gently add nuts and chips with spoon. Drop by tablespoon on a cookie sheet covered in foil (greased with a little Crisco).
Place in oven and turn heat off.
Leave cookies in oven overnight or several hours. This recipe doubles well.
