Herbed Yogurt Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 containers (8 oz. each) fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 c. chopped fresh or 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Line 6-inch strainer with coffee filter or double thickness of cheesecloth.
Place strainer over bowl.
