Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or oleo, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar to eggs; mix well.
Add butter, stirring until blended.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing until blended after each addition.
Stir in oats, nuts and raisins.
Let batter stand for 5 minutes.
