Marinated Fish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound fresh or frozen haddock fillets
    3 Tbsp cooking oil
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 green onions (scallions) finely chopped
    2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp dried mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 large green bell pepper
    6 whole mushroom caps
    12 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.
    To make marinade:
    combine oil, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, brown sugar, dried mustard and black pepper.
    Place fish pieces in marinade. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
