Sausage Cornbread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 can creamed corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Brown sausage with onion and drain. Combine meal, eggs, corn, milk and oil.
    Pour half of mixture into large iron skillet or greased oblong pan.
    Sprinkle sausage mixture and cheese over batter.
    Pour remaining batter on top.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
