Nadine'S Favorite Icebox Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. water
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine
    the
    sugar
    and
    pineapple;
    bring
    to a boil. Dissolve
    gelatin
    in water.
    Add sugar and pineapple mixture. Put in\trefrigerator
    until it begins to set, then add cheese, pecans and whipped cream.\tReturn to refrigerator until ready to serve.
