Hearty Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced or green scallion
    1/4 c. green or red pepper, chopped small
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix with hand forming a ball.
    If it comes too soft, refrigerate 1 hour.
    Roll lightly in walnut mixture.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with Wheat Thins.
