Favas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 large can fava beans
    1 Tbsp. red pepper (liquid jar type)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cinnamon
    1/4 c. ketchup (again)
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add water and 1/4 cup ketchup.
    Stir and simmer, then add more water if needed.
    Add pepper, parsley, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add another 1/4 cup ketchup and favas with juice.
    Simmer about 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
