Coconut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 small can coconut
    6 slices white loaf bread
Preparation
    Spray 13 x 9-inch baking sheet with Pam; set aside.
    Pour entire contents of Eagle Brand milk into a shallow dish.
    Cut slices of loaf bread in half and dip into Eagle Brand milk.
    Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle each slice with coconut.
    Place on lower rack and broil until coconut is lightly toasted.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
