Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    regular pie crust, make or buy (bottom shell only)
    1/2 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
    Ricotta cheese (approximately 3 c.)
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Set oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all together and fill pie shell.
    Bake 1 1/4 hour.
