Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, raw potatoes
1 small, chopped onion
1 2/3 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In a pot, add potatoes and onion to boiling water.
Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Blend in milks, butter and seasonings.
Cook until heated.
