Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, quartered
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. onion juice
Preparation

Skin chicken.
Slash chicken flesh.
Combine ingredients in bowl.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Let chicken stand 1 hour at room temperature before cooking.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Arrange in shallow baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes; turn and coat with marinade.
Bake until chicken is fork-tender.
