Whole Wheat Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. black walnuts (optional)
    3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and Crisco.
    Add sugar and cream together. Add eggs,
    one
    at
    a time, and beat.
    In a separate bowl sift together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and salt; add to sugar
    mixture.
    Add vanilla and milk.
    Mix well and pour into greased and
    floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
