Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 cans condensed milk
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. lemon juice concentrate (bottle)
    30 small shells
    1/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients (except pie shells and coconut), adding lemon juice last.
    Bake pie shells; cool.
    Put in cooled pie shells and sprinkle with coconut.
