Carameled Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until a soft ball forms when in cold water.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and 2 to 3 cups English walnuts or pecans.
Spread out and cool.
