Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sweet potato pulp
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add sugar, salt and spices. Add butter to pulp and add pulp to liquid. Add milk and beat. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until filling is firm.
