Orange Roughy De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 orange roughy fillets (about 1 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place fillets in a shallow, buttered baking dish (about 7 x 10-inch).
    Pour sherry over fillets. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and bread crumbs.
    Spread evenly over fillets.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
